Default Rectal Bleeding

Hi, I'm 25, and having a very embarassing problem. I don't even know how to describe it, except that I am having rectal bleeding. It's not a little bit. I'm even afraid of going to the bathroom. Two times, in the last three days, I have gone to the bathroom and there a lot of blood in the Fi... it was so gross... and the issues had like blood clots. don't know what it could be.

I made an appointment to a Gastroenlogist, but it's all the way in June 5.
and for the past few days, I have been getting dizzy. I was reading online, that it could be the reason.
I also have Fibroid(36 cm, it was 12cm in DEC.), will get it removed next year, don't know if that has anything to do with it. Plus, I am on antibiotics(Metronidazole 500mg, and the cream) for viginal bacteria. my gyn did all kind of test on me and all of them were negative.

So I am not sure what it could be, it's frustrating.

Please give me some advise.

I think it may be a good idea to give the gastroenterologist another call and explain to the front desk that you think its urgent - its embarassing to have to tell the front office person what is going on sometimes, but they work for the doctor so sometimes they know how to prioritize the patients as to who needs to be seen when.

I don't think, IMO, that the fibroid is causing this, because they tend to be uterine fibroids, in or around the uterus. But, they do grow in all different places so I cannot say with 100% certainty.

The meds for the BV could be making you dizzy. Did the blood start after the antibiotics? Because then you really should call your gyno asap. Any strange medical things that happen to you, even if they aren't listed on the package, should be told to the prescribing doctor right away.

Good luck, I hope you don't have to wait so long to be seen!
