Default Difficulty eating meat

In the last year I have had more and more difficulty eating meat. I'm not a vegetarian and used to like alot of different meats. Now every time I try to eat meat, it's like my body is rejecting it. I can barely stomach getting it down and have now begun to have difficulty digesting it as well. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this??

Just a guess here but could it be something like Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

My sister has IBS and anytime she eats meat, especially beef, she has to be real close to a restroom. Goes straight through her within minutes.

I could eat a whole half kilo of steak once but now sometimes i can't handle the taste either, and i find it stays in my system and remains as fat, so i eat very small portions.

Still love roast meat, chicken but steak? only thin slices and small.

I also had IBS, well probably still do, that's a bugger it hangs around and i found certain things triggered it, i believe it commences from trauma to the body, stress levels, but our body changes and rejects things as we get older, favouring of all things, "vegetables", fruits, savory, when maybe you loved sweet before.

It just tells us what it needs i think...

If it is IBS, you will probably find that you wont be able to tolerate milk, to much cheese and eggs either, so lactose doesn't like you.

If it is only meat then your lucky, if you find other things, start writing a journal of what you ate that day, so you can work out what your body is rejecting and oliminate those food sources or keep them to a bare minimum.
