I am quite scared right now.
For a while now, I've been feeling really gross.
I have a headache, that wont go away. On a scale from one to 10, its about a 5...and its so constant, and Im dizzy, and I feel so pukey.
I have soo much pain in my face,my eyes dont want to focus on one thing
and I am sooo sensitive to the light, and smells.
Does anyone know what this is?

What can I do to make it go away....
PLEASE HELP ME...I feel like ****, and I just want this to go away...now.

When you say you have pain in your face the first thing that I thought of was your sinuses. Sometimes you can have a build up of fluid in your sinuses. The fluid can get so built up that it can affect your inner ear, possibly causing dizziness. Even if there is no nasal conjestion. BUT, you need to see a doctor. When it comes to presistant headaches, i wouldn't mess around. I hope you feel better soon and try not to worry too much. Cami

To me this sounds like either sinus issues or a really bad migraine. Do migraines run in your family or do you have a history of them? I would agree with acerousme and say that you need to see a doctor either way as sinus issues only seem to get worse before they get better and that is usually b/c you have been given some antibiotics from a doctor and the same is true with Migraines you will want something good and strong to help to control that pain.
I do hope that you begin to feel better soon.

A second opinion is always a good thing, but if your Doctor has diagosed it, then he needs to provide a solution so that you can rule that out, or find that, that is the cause...

Did he suggest anything to take ?

It can also be mini migranes, too much thinking, things worrying you in which case, you need to take lots of deep breathes and tell yourself that nothing worries you anymore and see if it eases.

Sometimes, physcologically, we cause ourselves problems as well, not medical, and we can help ease it in understanding.

But, do go back, do ask the questions and do ask for assistance in easing whilst perhaps, telling yourself daily, nothing worries me, every hour, to see if that helps as well.

No harm in trying conventional and non conventional...

hi i no someone who had an extreme case of what you just described, all down one side of his face was agony and his eye went blood red, sometimes to the extent he could do no more then clutch his head and rock.

he had two seations of acupunture which unblocked his sinuses and then he did push ups and weight lifting during a headache to take the blood away from his head, and instead get it pumping everywhere and that stops them, try it

I had a similar problem with persistant headaches, and found out my sugar was all out of whack.. thats when they diagnosed me with type 2 diabetes. My hubby had persistant headaches, and found out he needed glasses. Headaches can be caused by soooooo many different things... best to let the doc figure it out.. try whatever he prescribed for your sinuses, and if it still doesn't go away, go back again. Could be several factors for your headaches. At another time, I was having headaches and found out there was black mold and asbestos in my house... (i moved) So really it can be frustrating. Hang in there. For a holistic way to relieve headaches, try pinching the skin between your thumb and index finger... sometimes it helps lesson the intensity.
