Oh my God!!!
I have the same thing, ok I hate to tell you this , but what I have researched it said it is a pinched nerve that lasts several months.
The only relief is a chiropractor, or acupuncture.
I do not believe in either so I have been suffering since march 20th, 2008.
I read it takes several months to heal and all a MD can do is ease the pain (but who wants to be hooked on meds) ( I take enough already).
sorry, no good news...but I am glad I am not alone : (

Well a pinched nerve can be a reason, but not the reason.

You may suffer from Myofascial Pain, Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Fatigue, so if you have to see your Doctor again, ask about these symptoms that can be part of what you are suffering.

Also, heat bags do add comfort, and you must get Physio now, not 3 months time, the muscles deteriorate within this time and can take years, if ever to get the strength back.

Basically what you think you have is muscles that are inflamed in the shoulder and the pain to move is excruciating, exercise it through Polities but ask for methods, as you still have to be gentle to start with.

Yes, pain killers are offered but go into a Zone, visualise that it will heal and kind of re-read the above for how to ensure this will happen.

Na, not psychic well? Nor, a Doctor, just know exactly what you are experiencing and the diagnosis and solutions, been there... All good now though, so hope this helps.
