Unhappy Could I have Lyme Disease or be pregnant?

For the past 7 days, days following my period, I have felt super tired, to the point it is difficult to walk. And I walk every day and never used to be a problem. But now I can't walk even short distances with out quickly running out of breath and going into a panic attack, which I've been prescribed medication for. My muscles are unusually sore. I have really bad headaches like all the time. My neck is really stiff. I feel flush all the time. I'm always nauseated. I had anemia but I've doing pretty well taking care of that with supplements. Also, when it is my anemia, I can usually feel it coming and it goes away quickly. This time, it has not. This just hit me like a ton of bricks. When I walk now, even just one block, I just don't think I can make it. I get dizzy and lightheaded. I had a mentrual cycle two weeks ago and it was fine save the fact that I douched right after and these chunks of purple discharge came out afterwards and slimy pink stuff with clear discharge. But I think that's normal. Also, my chest wall is sore. What could this be?

Seeing as how you had your period 2 weeks ago I doubt the symptoms you are having are those of pregnancy.

I think you need to make an appointment with your doctor.

I agree, but if it's not pregnancy, what could it be?
