Unhappy I am a women and here is my viewpoint.

Why is it that when we make choices, since we are american and we have a certain freedom of making choices? For some women, lets say, they want children and have them by choice, but on the other hand, if they didn't, society or even doctors don't encourage them to make such a decision, even if they believe that they are way too emotional and impatient to handle caring for and parenting toward children or caring for newborns, especially if they can't withstand the constant responsibility and stress it brings on to them. Also, if in the family tree, there are known mental or physical disorders that are disabling for them to be educated or make it in their life within society.

Choices for women to discuss with anyone, like this is very difficult since people in society don't or rarely define a person who may not wise to have children for their preexisting reasons is harsh in my opinion. Society says that women deserve or they encourage them to have periods or keep their reproductive organs, even if the woman may not want children in her future because of preexisting personal issues and maybe health problems as well. When is it there there is a feeling to want to argue this, I thought we as americans had rights, but in this issue alone, it appears that we don't have all our rights if that was our choice.

There is this things about survival of the species, homosapians, of course. Is that part of any reason why they are being this way about this? If so, maybe they didn't go back and look, know this, not every single person on this planet can get a job, be educated, or get health care. There are way too many for even america having to do with this economy to handle all these millions or billion of people already existing. So, why do they encourage us to have or birth more into this world to add onto their problem here? They think that issue in america is going to improve in no time, to me, that sound ridiculous. Well, they should, not because we are too young like lets say, in our 20's, that it's way too early for a woman to choice rather or not they want children, cause if they don't they will be discouraged or the idea and told that case is not their right to decide. I say, that sounds as us being refused our own personal decisions no matter what our problems are therefore making us feel shocked and confused as to why they answer in that way to us, and yes, to our face.

So, why can't women make such choices when there is suppose to be the right to speak and right to chose, wasn't this a law in america?

No matter that I speak this issue or not.. I felt it seemed right to mention it.

Even our great republican McCain, who tried to run for president did not encourage BCPs, he rather encourage sex having to do with erectile disfunction pills for men. This sounds very stupid in my view, if this could change or be different, more power to america! Why does society think this way!? I am going have a very hard time getting this point across aren't I.

I apologize but I have no idea what point you were trying to make. Women do have a right to choose, they can choose to have children whenever they want if they choose to do so. No one is going to force another woman to have a baby, if a woman does not wish to become pregnant then she can be put on the birth control pill to help prevent it.

I've read this a couple times and I, too, don't understand what it is that you are trying to convey...

Are you saying women should have a right to remove their reproductive organs if they want to?

Are you saying women should be allowed birth control pills? They are, allowed this in the united states and many other countries ( I mention u.s. since your comment started with the assumption that everyone that posts here is american - there are people that post here from all over the world)

Are you saying viagra being supported is upsetting?

I am not discounting your points I'm just trying to figure out what they are?

I too find it very hard to understand what you are trying to point out. I am a 27 year old Australian who lives in Queensland. In Australia I have rights to vote, rights to have children and not to have children, just like everyone else. We have pretty much the same rights that you have in the USA.

I understand in some countries that women don't have these rights to sanitary protection during their periods, they don't have these rights to say, what you are doing to me is wrong by female genital mutilation and no rights to say to their father that by selling me to an older suiter is considered wrong. I feel sorry for these women as they know no different, but I wish we could change the world and show them a different world.

I am proud that I live in a country where I have these rights and laws that allow me to be a woman in Australia.

I may be off point but ,from what i gathered, you are not saying we don't have these right, but that we are expected to uphold some sort of traditional or moral stand. That women should reproduce because that's what we do. And that's what society expects of us. If so then I agree that we should make these choices without worrying that people would judge us. I personally do not wish to have children. So unless I change my mind(I don't see that happening) I will not worry about what people think. You shouldn't either. The things you do with your body is your buisness. Only you can make the choice of what to do with it. You should not allow anyone to influence you in a way you would regret later. And you are not alone. There are many women out there that opt to not have children.

Here in the United Kingdom I too have the legal right to VOTE, TO CHOOSE WHETHER I WISH TO HAVE CHILDREN OR NOT, AND TO LIVE MY LIFE PRECISELY HOW I CHOOSE TO.

Sadly like those above me I have had great difficulty trying to understand exactly what you are attempting to put over here, perhaps you would like to come back and explain it again, so that we maybe more understanding.

Umm, we do the right right to shoose if we want children or not. We can even get abortions if we have an unwanted pregnancy. Even though you may be judged for it, thats life. You would be judged whether you had a baby or not unless you have it under the absolute perfect circumstances.
One who asks a question is a fool for five minutes; one who does not ask a question remains a fool forever.

We do not grow absolutely, chronologically. We grow sometimes in one dimension, and not in another; unevenly. We grow partially. We are relative. We are mature in one realm, childish in another. The past, present, and future mingle and pull us backward, forward, or fix us in the present. We are made up of layers, cells, constellations.
