Get a lawyer and sue. You'll win. It is One of the things you MUST be told before you book. |

In most things, no one can 'do' anything, 'Sorry!' Until your lawyer starts flinging documents. Then everyone wants to settle. There was a case like this already... a couple was booked into a 'clothes optional' hotel... wasn't until they reached there that they found out... People who book into hotels... ask questions... 'can I get a Kosher diet?' 'how far from the ocean?' 'does my room have a bath tub?' Now if one never asked these questions then the agent would be able to say... 'well how would I know that the party wanted...?' But clothing ... that's sort of a default. |

I was in the dominican republic last year and yes, there were some topless women at the beach. While I wouldn't do it myself, I think people in the states take toplessness way too seriously. Getting a tan at the beach shouldnt be seen as pornographic in my opinion. The g string dancers, however, should have been done with more discretion (later at night, more discretion, etc.) You should make sure to tell your travel agent so that they know to tell his clients in the future, in the case that this is not acceptable for them.
