I think that the Director making the video wanted that kind of style. Which is Shakira style. I like them both but I love Shakira. The way she sings, the vocals she hits, its different. She mix's up her singing with, latin,american rock, and arabic vocals. She hits the same vocals, same notes as an arabic singer. (She is half Lebanese)
They both rock!

Yeah, since they are in the video together, I think the director was trying to make them look somewhat alike with a Latin flair. The video is nice. Couldn't understand the meaning of the song though.
