    Unhappy Help me lose weight

    I am 16 and I weigh 30 lbs over what I am supposed to. I need to lose at least 10 lbs and I just can't get myself to stick to a diet. PLEASE HELP ME, I have health issue's that restrain me from working out so I can play no sports.. Please help me lose weight I have been struggling with this for such a long time

    Excercise is a very important role when trying to lose weight. You don't necessarily have to play a sport or run a track for excercise. Maybe try yoga and or hot yoga and lifting light weights with a lot of reps. You can even youtube work-out videos that are simple but are still moving you around for tone. Also, what are your eating habits? You need to stick to a scheduled eating plan. You won't lose any weight if you are consuming more calories then you burn off in a day. Usually, a very light breakfast (whole grain cereal, oatmeal or fruit), a light lunch (salad, soup) and then a healthy dinner as long as you stay away from carbs (bread, pastas) baked chicken and asparagus is what I would concider a healthy and fulfilling dinner.

    here are some things that you can do to easily lose weight:

    1)first thing in the morning: drink water.

    2)go for a walk or something, then have your breakfast. Eat a boiled egg, cucomber and drink some juice.

    3)for lunch & dinner: eat only protein and green vegetables. For example you can eat some fish, meat or chicked with cucomber, broccoli or somehing.

    4) Keep track of your weight and see if you're losing weight or not.

    5) keep away from junk food, soft drinks, sugar and chocolate.

    6) remember to eat less and drink lots and lots of water, but don't starve yourself.

    I hope you succeed in losing the amount of weight that you want

    I would say that you are too young to do weight loss exercise and dieting.
    With this your body growth can be effected. so be careful. if you want to lose weight then do only light type of exercises.

    regular usual exercise and drinks a lot of water. in terms of foods. Kindly avoid junk and oily foods...
