Excercise is a very important role when trying to lose weight. You don't necessarily have to play a sport or run a track for excercise. Maybe try yoga and or hot yoga and lifting light weights with a lot of reps. You can even youtube work-out videos that are simple but are still moving you around for tone. Also, what are your eating habits? You need to stick to a scheduled eating plan. You won't lose any weight if you are consuming more calories then you burn off in a day. Usually, a very light breakfast (whole grain cereal, oatmeal or fruit), a light lunch (salad, soup) and then a healthy dinner as long as you stay away from carbs (bread, pastas) baked chicken and asparagus is what I would concider a healthy and fulfilling dinner.
