2 months ago me and this dude was sexually involved things didnt work out the way they should have because his sister lied on me cuz she never liked me. but we had sex and he denied it and say if i dropped dead he wouldnt care im just wondering do u guys think thats right for a 34 year old man to say that to a 17 year old girl shouldnt he be arrested i mean he manipulated me into thinking that he will protect me turns out he was fake what do u guys think.

If you were involved sexually with this man, then it's illegal. It's called statutory rape. I'm not sure what the exact laws are in NY but all the states I know of, it's very clear. Stay clear of this guy, and look at people a little more around your age.

Yes, it's considered statutory rape. You should just forget about this man, see the lesson to be learned in what can happen when a girl gets involved with much older men, and move on with your life. It is wrong that this man had sex with a 17 year old girl, but this makes me wonder why you would be allowed to date a 34 year old man. Don't your parents or guardians care about you?

basically, a man that will date some one half his age younger is only after one thing. for real! when i was 16, i dated a guy that was 27. then, i got in trouble and was grounded for a long time. so what do you think happened? he just dropped off the face of the earth. he even bought me an engagement ring and was waiting till the "right time" to give it to me.

two months later, another girl was wearing that ring. but she also found out what type of person he is.

watch out when men promise you everything. get results before accepting this as truth. you deserve better.

and as in your case, my situation was also Statuatory Rape. that is serious! even if you wanted it, he should've known better, oh wait he did and didn't care. sorry hun but you got played. learn for next time. i sure did.

men at that age don't care for anything else but young , niave, easy and replaceable women becuase a woman their own age wouldn' t get played that badly. sister, stick to guys your own age and compare the difference.
