Has any one seen the new 'sex in the city' movie. I think it's out now. Or if not are you going to see it?

A group of friends and I are going to make a night of it. Get a bit glammedd up 'sex in the City' style, catch the movie and go some where and have cosmopolitans. Should be a real laugh.

if you have seen it don't give anything away. Just let me know what you thought, was it any good?

Mmmm, one friend said it was disappointing, the other had a preview night and a couple of champagnes and laughed and thought it was great.

I got a preview version of it, but i'm not a fan of the series so i wouldn't go personally, don't think much of SJP, personally, my own opinion.

There was a scene described that involves them laying on the beach, which i laughed at, just via the description.

Tell us when you see it what you thought of that scene

i saw this movie the night it came out. I loved it!! then again i love the series so its no big surprise. i thought it was funny and sad , i wanted to laugh and cry through-out the whole movie.
True fans will love this movie!

Well still haven't seen the movie we are going in a few weeks.

I have had some feed back from some friends and they all say it is great but a bit slow at the start as they are building the characters for anyone who hasn't seen much of the series.

All agreed it is a nice girls night out experience as it focuses on female friendships.

I loved it! Im probably the biggest sex and the city fan though! but I thought it did the series justice, and I found myself laughing and crying throughout the whole bit! I actually went twice!

Good to hear the positive feed back.

I am going with a group of friends Sunday. We are meeting at a friends house, having 'Cosmopolitan' then going to the movie with dinner afterwards. We are making it a total girls outing experience and getting all glamed up. Should be fun. Let you know, I may have some funny stroies to tell knowing my friends.

Will keep you posted.

saw the movie today and thought it was great. Went with a bunch of girlfriends and it is a great chick flick night out.

you know... for some reason i had really low expectations about this movie.... i am an absolute SATC fan...! But actually it was better than i tought i liked it a lot. You guys should watch it... i need help with something: does some of u know the name of the designer of the beautiful white dress (with a flower over the shoulder) carrie used on the SATC movie?: http://www.amuso.com/gameshows/lifes...arrie?ref=i/pb
