Hi I had a laparoscopy to check for endometriosis on September 26.They didn't find anything wrong,so they didn't really do anything but look around.

I was wondering my period is late,is that caused by the Laparoscopy or could I be pregnant.I'm on cycle day 38 now.Technically I'm only a day late, but I've been feeling some of my normal PMS symptoms (also some weird symptoms like cramping, nausea, lack of appitite)for about a week, and usually PMS doesn't last this long before my period starts.I usually get it the day before to 3 days before I'm about to start my period.

Sometimes people who may know, are not around for a while, please write on this thread with up-dates so that you can hopefully gain answers.

ie) Your period still hasn't happened yet.

Re-writing the same thread will result in that thread getting deleted.

    Best of wishes.

You could try ginger tea to get things moving. Just grate some fresh ginger root, pour boiling water over it, infuse it for 10 mins and drink. Ginger promotes bleeding and if your period is just messing around that may jump start it.
