okay so i just started today taking the 500mg vitamin c.. i take two in the morning to add up to 1000 mg and then i take 2 folic acids which is 400mg each.. so thats 800. and then i take one vitamin c and one folic acid at night. it has taken my bacterial vaginosis (BV) away for the most part meaning i dont have that icky fishy smell! ill try it for the next few days and see if it clears up even more
