Thread: sharp pains in the lower abdomen

I have been bleeding for 17 weeks, i have been to the gynecologists 2 weeks ago and they pierced my cervix and took a sample i still have no results back. Since then i have been having excrushiating pains around my ovaries have been to the gp again but she said there is nothing she can do as she has already reffered me to the gynecologist she has given me antibiotics and pain killers as she thiks i have got an infection in my fallopian tubes and uterus. please has anyone got any advice as i am really worried thanx.

Did your gyn ever try to do a pelvic ultrasound? did you gyn ever think of the possiblitie of you maybe having endometriosis? Just a thought and it might not be a solution as I am not a Dr myself but Id try to ask them to even consider the idea of it hope this helps you out. Heya nother thing is have they checked out the possibilitie of IBS syndrome? I just thought of that also
