    Default Concerns about small vagina

Hi, I'm a 19-year-old virgin who is planning to have sex relatively soon.

I'm concerned about being able to get a penis inside me for a number of reaons.

First of all, my vaginal opening is very small and very sensitive. I can typically insert one finger with no discomfort; it just feels a little weird. I have never been able to get two fingers inside, though. I also bought a menstrual cup a few months ago and have not been able to use it since it won't fit. I'm wondering if this is normal: On the side of my vaginal opening closer to my stomach, there is a bone or something that juts out into it a bit. It's kind of spherical, and once I get past that, my vagina seems rather roomy. Is that some kind of pelvic bone, or what? Should it be partially obstructing my opening?

Also, my vaginal opening is not flexible at all. I have tried to stretch it but can't. My partner hasn't said anything, but I think he's tried to finger me a few times and has been unable to find my vaginal opening or get into it. It feels amazing when he stimulates my clitoris, but the closer he gets to my vaginal opening, the more uncomfortable stimulation becomes.

Third, my vagina is very sharply angled, so I don't know how well different sex positions would work. Because of this bone, I have to insert my finger from the front, and then it can't go straight up into my vagina but has to sort of wiggle along toward my back then go up.

I went to the student health center on campus a few days ago to get birth control, and they didn't bother to give me a pelvic exam since I'm a virgin, so I still have my worries about not being "normal."

I also have little whitish bumps on my vulva that have some white substance in them. I've had these for as long as I can remember, and they don't irritate me at all. What are those?

    Thank you so much.
