I know that a lot of people have been discussing what has been told to them by their doctors: regular pap smears, the treatments that are out there in case of warts and cervical cell change, and the body immune system fighting to rid the infection from the body. I also know about the vaccines that are out their to prevent certain strains of HPV for younger girls.

What I want to know is if anyone has heard of any scientists/biochemists that is actually working on curing the virus-eradicating the virus from the body completely. I think women who are infected by this disease need to constantly be on the look out for a cure because it is higher stakes for us. So if anyone hears of any clinical trials or any break through, please let me and all the women know on this board. Thank you.
