Exclamation Painful uterus!? WHY!?

Hiya!

The other night I noticed that when I sit up straight it hurt... like pain would shoot up inside me. In order to locate the source of the pain I pressed around my tummy/lower abdomen area and realized that it came mainly from my uterus/ right ovary region... this was yesterday night... tonight it's a bit better... I can sit but it still hurts a bit especially if I push around where my uterus is. I was supposed to be ovulating this past weekend and I am sexually active...

Any ideas what might be going on????!?!?!?!?!?
