Hi everyone

Was wondering if you could help. for about a month now i have been having more discharge than normal, its thick and white and doesnt smell, i took a canesten oral tablet but it didnt do anything so i went to the doctor, she said there was quite a bit of discharge so she did some swabs and for a change they all came back NORMAL, they always do and i know nothing is normal down there! for the last week i have also needed to pee constantly like every 15 mins, i went to the doctor on Wednesday and she just big time fobbed me off, why dont they care?! so anyway, i have had second opinions i have had so many swabs over the last 6 months that all came back clear that i am now starting to get a phobia of doctors surgeries. I have my own ph gloves and my ph is competely normal so i know its not bv and i have had that twice in my life so i know the symptoms and i guess its kind of like that but no horrid smell and colour. i really am at my wits end now i have done everything i should but i still dont have an answer and its taking over my life it really is

Em are you currently sexually active and if so is your SO ejaculating inside of you? Me and my boyfriend use condoms, but one of my friends who's boyfriend ejaculates inside of her complains of leaking and discharging for even a few days after sex, her body expelling the semen and perhaps cleaning itself, etc.. not sure I don't have much experience with ejaculate in the vagina but thought I'd throw that one out there into the wind

Its great that its not any sort of infection but I can understand your frustration with discharge, even the non smelly kind - that would be so uncomfortable. I hope they manage to figure out what is going on with you so that you can get some peace!

yeah i am sexually active but i havent been with this person for long so we are using condoms at the moment until we both have tests done to make sure we are both clean but i already know i am after all these swabs! i dont understand what is happening to me but its really playing on my mind and the feeling of needing to wee every 15 minutes is driving me nuts

thank you for your advice though, i really wish it was just that

Why not try a Urologist instead.

You don't seem to have symptoms of pain, or blood mixed with your discharge but the constant feel of "weeing", usually points to UTI, bladder infection, or known as cystitis.

Maybe you are only at the beginning stage of it and hense no smell, or pain as well.

This can be easily treated with antibiotics but I think Doctors should explore all options not just say oh well pap came back alright.

Either that or your pregnant and you don't know it... Na, won't scare you on that note...

Look up UTI, or bladder infection and read up and see if this makes sense to you.

well i thought it could be cervicitis because the discharge and weeing are symptoms but it doesnt hurt when i have sex which i am sure it would with that and there is no blood, smell, its white as it should be there is just an awful lot of it. pretty sure im not pregnant 99% sure! but i might go down the UTI routine, would that cause discharge? the only thing is i am getting so embarrassed going to the doctors because the last one really made me feel and sound like i was crazy, i said to her something is wrong and she said how can you actually know that so i said i know my own body! i remember crying when i walked out because i was frustrated and angry and she just wouldnt listen to me. i have had BV and a kidney infection in the past, yrs ago and my results came back negative so it just goes to show that they dont always work and i definately had both of these!

Always trust your gut feeling i reckon...

Google bladder infection, there is alot of information there and also other people's symptons that may help you find what your looking for sweet.
