Default Hard deposits of who-knows-what up in there? (TMI)

I had some severe itching for a while, and after a visit to the doctor and a dose of Flagyl for a bacterial infection it went away but came back after a couple weeks. At one point it got so bad that I checked up on myself using a mirror and found many hard dark red things that looked like seeds clinging to my walls, along with whitish discharge. I removed them (it was really bad itching) and the itching went away along with the discharge.

A month later the same thing happened. The internet seems to have no explanation and I don't want to go to the doctor again if the problem may or may not even be there when I have my appointment.

I eat healthy, exercise, drink lots of water, and can't figure out my problem.
    Any thoughts?

Yes, but it doesn't seem to have a pattern of time post-period before it happens. Pretty random. Once it was long after my period, the other time around a week after.
And yes, I've had protected sex, but there was nothing weird on the condom or anything.
