I've been suffering from a number of symptoms for over 2 months now. It started off seeming like a yeast infection but it wasn't being cured by any over the counter drugs. I don't have any insurance so I can't afford to go see a gynecologist. I went to a Planned Parenthood clinic and the nurse there did some tests and said I had Bacterial Vaginosis along with a slight yeast infection. She put me on a number of different Antibiotics that would have wiped out Trich, Bacterial Vaginosis, Chlamydia, and Gonhhorea. I also had a few red marks that were on my inner and outer labia these marks seemed to mirror each other and were mildly itchy. She said she had no idea what it could be when examining it and said I would need to go to a dermatologist to get it checked out. After taking all the medications for BV I seemed to get a lot better and then the day after my last dose I noticed I had this dry flaky discharge thats seemed to ball-up when I tried to wipe it away. I thought it was another yeast infection so I took a three dose monistat treatment and that seemed to reduce the discharge but not completely get rid of it. The rash seemed to get bigger at this point, and on top of everything else I was experiencing problems with my anus. It would be extremely itchy, sting very bad during a BM, and as of late has seemed to be dilated and has some mucous leakage. It bleeds slightly after a BM as well. I read online that you can apply apple cider vinegar to fungal skin infections and it might help so I tried it on my inner and out labia and it has made the marks fade. But today I noticed that it seems like my urethra is very swollen and dilated and has a thick white discharge coming out of it. So I just have an array of problems down there and I have no idea what to do about it considering I don't have insurance. I was just wondering if anyone out there could help me with any ideas. I've never been more frustrated or worried in my life. Thank you for reading and any advice or tips will be greatly appreciated. Here's a list of my symptoms again if anyone can recognize what it might be.
    Symptoms:
Swollen-dilated uretha with white thick discharge
    Swollen inner labia
Red markings on inner labia mirroring eachother
Red marking on outer labia between folds of vagina and inner thigh
    Redness around anus
    Stinging during BM
    Blood on tissue paper
    Anal Leakage
Itchiness on red spots on inner or outer labia
    Itchiness around anus

That's nasty, i feel for you.

There are too many symptoms, we can diagnose or make suggestions of what to use, other than basic warm water with a little salt in it to help the itching.

People can be alergic to antibiotics that then creates Thrush, treat one problem get another.

But you seem to have problems behind as well internally, blood is NOT GOOD.

Can you not go back to the Planned Parenthood Clinic? The antibiotics may have been too strong but on the same accord you NEED to see someone immediately regarding bleeding through the rectum.. You could have piles, which is a simple problem but it could be something else and you really need to get it checked regardless of insurance or no insurance.
