i been with my boyfriend for 7 years, recently my lips have been getting real swollen after sex.

that part that i'm pointing to gets real swollen like the size of a marble sticking out of my vagina. my doctor told me a few weeks ago that i had a small amount of yeast. could this possibly be whats causing this? sometimes also the opposite side of my lip gets swollen aswell. this has been happening for like the past 2 months not every time after sex but it does happen. any ideas?and when i say marble size i really mean it help
