Exclamation Please someone help me, im in so much pain!

this is going to be a detailed and unpleasent post, but the more i describe hopefully someone can help me.

Im 19. i have a steady boyfriend and im allergic to latex so i dont use condoms, instead i have the implanon. a few weeks ago i noticed my vagina had a strong odour coming from it and did some reasearch and decided it was bacterial vaginosis. so i went to the doctors and got swab tests done to be sent away. one day before i went back for my results (it was positive) i started getting itchy and tender just inside the entrance. i told the doctor this and she said that was also a normal symptom. she put me on flagil tablets, i took them for two days and couldnt stand the side effects - i was constantly nauseas, throwing up and drowsy. also it started becoming very painful to wee. but not like thrush, where it hurts near the very end of the stream, this pain is chronic and hurts at the entrance of my vagina when i start to wee, so i went back again and told her of this, also the fishy smell has gone. she took more swab tests, took me off the flagil and has now put me on clindamycin 2% cream.

at first my vagina was just red and tender at the entrance. now its inflamed to being very sore, red and torn looking, right down my perinium to my bottom. then yesterday i found a small, red lump at the top of my labia majora and also little ones near my entrance.

im in so much pain, i cant walk or sit properly, it is unbearable to pee - im flinching and crying on the toilet. the cream is not taking the pain away and im getting very depressed as im constantly sore and feel disgusting. also, my boyfriend found a little bump on his shaft which he says is itchy.

i think this is defineitly an sti of some sort, but what is it! i can't wait another week for these swab results im at my wits end. please! someone help me

Awee Abby, that's horrible..

It's so stressful because it's so painful and I am so sorry for you.

Have you tried a warm bath with 3 tablespoons of salt to help heal and also relieve?

I know that natural yoghurt is great for thrush and that's not the problem persay but maybe that may also help you.

The bumps etc, could be anything, even thrush can do that maybe you have that in addition...

If your boyfriend is faithful and so are you, it's an allergy of some description I'm sure...

I hope that at least this helps you, but have a look on the threads pertaining to your problems in gynocology and maybe something else wil trigger.

thanks for the supprt CW, i will try the salt bath as soon as i get off the computer.

im 100% positive that my boyfriend is faithful, but we've only been together 3 months, and one week before meeting me he had a one night stand with someone. he mentioned maybe it might be his fault because of that? :S is it possible he was carrying something from her and had no symptoms? he feels terrible and has been looking after me every chance he can.

Sure sweet, it is possible and I'm glad that you two talk that's fantastic, he obviously really loves you and is a genuine guy.

Well, forget the birth control mentioned on the other thread of yours until you find out...

But it could truly be thrush.... from all your experiencing so make him feel a bit at ease.

It is an old remody, salt in baths, actually you add vinegar as well to stop the itching "if there is itching" but i didn't want to say that incase you put too much in the water.

Salt baths are great, that's why so many people heal in the sea... with any form of wounds.

I think your sensitive irrespective so take heart because you will find the solution and not have to go through this for the rest of your life, that's the good side of it all.
