discharge from a yeast infection, what IS this???
ok so i have a yeast infection, i just took diflucan for it...but in my discharge right now there are what look like little red hairs...they are tiny, and i don't KNOW if they're actually hairs or not, that's just what they look like. what the heck is this?!

If your Y.I. was pretty bad, perhaps it's just a bit of blood mixed with mucus. Yeast can be hard on your sensitive tissues. If it doesn't clear up in a few days, go back to the doc.
I know jus before i get my period i 'spot' and the discharge is a mucus substance will red membrane stands (said my doc) which resembles red hairs. So i agree with fs. That could definitely be it.
