    Default how do you "cure" this?

    a few weeks ago i had a urinary tract infection
    im all better now but
    now, my vagina hurts a lot if i dont get enough sleep/feel tired

    will it ever get better?
    what can i do to speed up the proccess?

    In what way does it "hurt"? If you had a UTI and they treated it with antibiotics, those could have caused a yeast infection--they often do in women. Do you have any other symptoms? Does it ever itch, do you have discharge?

    Other than that, take a multivitamin every day and that may help "speed up" the healing process. Goldenseal and zinc are also good for your immune system, so you might try those. If it doesn't get better soon, I'd see a gyno to make sure it's nothing more serious.
