Default Red Sores near my vagina and on perineum (PLZ READ)

Hey,

So today I noticed I have little red bumps or sores (not whitish) near my vagina entrance and on my perineum. They are on my butt cheeks if u will (the ones on my perineum) and the others are on the inside near the entrance. They're not big or anything and but they do itch and sometimes burn a little. I feel like they are also on my lower inner butt cheeks. Another thing, the lower part of the labia (the bottom part of my vagina entrance) is a little sore too (don't know if it has anything to do with the bumps)
A have a healthy sex life and both me and my partner are clean for STDs. I had sex yesterday and I felt a little dry but i don't know if that could be a cause or something.
I am kind of losing it right now cause I can't get an OBGYN appointment till next week so this was like my last resort.
Anyone had this before?

Sounds like a contact allergy. Could be from soap, detergent, deodorant, or from heat; like a heat rash. Try taking a cool bath with some baking soda in the water and taking some benedryl. Avoid tight fitting clothing, pantyhose, non-cotton undies, scented sanitary products and see what happens?
