Default STI or just something normal?

There is A LOT of information here, but i just want to be as accurate as i can be, and hopefully you fine people in here can give me your opinion or your experiences! Anything you could add would be helpful.

To start off, i'm 23 and my boy and I have been in a monogamous relationship for...going on almost 2 years now. He was my first partner, and I've only had sex with one other person (which was sort of a one night stand but we used a condom). My boyfriend and I have never used condoms and within the past 2 years I've never had any problems what-so-ever.

I've noticed the past couple of months or so (on and off) that my Vulva is kind of itchy. It's not extreme 24/7 unbearable itching, but enough that i notice it and find it irritating and annoying. I thought that maybe I had a yeast infection (i've never had one before) because 2 months or so ago i tested positive for a UTI and took antibiotics for it, and heard it can mess up the good bacteria in the vagina. I was pretty stupid and had sex before i was totally better, and it burned and was uncomfortable awhile afterward and the next few times we had sex, it burned but got progressively better. I've had a milky white discharge but it doesn't smell, and it's not thick...and i think perhaps it's just normal ovulation discharge business.

Well, finally the past month I've felt 100 percent better and "back to normal." However, today i had a really itchy spell for a good 5 minutes and thought that maybe it could be one of two problems: it was either because my pubic hair has grown out quite a bit (i haven't shaved in 2 months), or because i had sex last night that took an extremely long time for him to orgasm, making me a bit sore. After scratching intensley didn't help, i went to the bathroom and shaved off the majority of my pubic hair. (It's itching around the top of my outer labia right near my pubic mound). Well, I got a mirror and noticed that i have a couple small bumps on both sides of my outer labia towards the inside. They're not white or pustular, or especially pronounced, i can just tell it's not normal smooth skin. If i hadn't been itching i probably would have never noticed them. The first thought that came to mind was exaggerated "OMG I HAVE HERPES!" I kind of feel like it's unrealistic to think so because i've never had problems before, and they say that you usually have an outbreak 2 weeks after contracting it....but i also know that anything is possible.

Having all of that information, do you think it could be an STI, or is it just something normal that happens sometimes because of pubic hair/sex/allergies/scratching? I don't hurt, it's just an annoying extreme itch i notice every once in awhile. This the first time ever i've noticed any skin irregularities. i won't be having sex any time soon until i know exactly what's going on, i don't want to put my partner at risk. I know it's best to get checked out if I'm stressing but i don't have insurance and don't have a planned parenthood anywhere remotely close to where i live. Thanks to all of you that actually read all of that, but i'm kind of desperate for information or opinions you might have.
