Unhappy Itchy.. help?

ok so I'm hoping someone can help me..
so i've been having sex for around 10 months with the same person (first sexual partners for both of us)
and we had sex on friday (unprotected - but I have an implant) and it was the same as usual..
but on saturday and we used lube (unprotected), but the next day my vagina and the area around it is REALLY itchy..

It is now thursday night and it's still really itchy..
on wednesday I bought some itch cream and applyed it, it felt burny and then it just went back to itchy as before..

Can anyone help me?

well a few things could be up. 1 the lub could have irritated you. You really should be careful with it because the vagina is kinda sensitive to some things. I know theres some lubs that burn if they go down there on me. Next, have you check for possible infections? you can by a yeast infection detector kit at most pharmacies or grocery store. as for the burning when you put itch cream on. well I've notice that if I'm really really itchy it burns because if you scratch, rub or what ever to releive the itching you irritate yourself. if it doesnt calm down after a few more days I would look into going to a doctor. Its already been almost a week.
