About 2 weeks ago I started getting really itchy 'down there' ..
A week later the itchyness had gone but when I have sex, the only way I can describe it is 'spikey' around my vagina?
Its been another week and last time I tried to have sex it was still the same..
I haven't tried for a few days..

I've only had sex with one person and they've only been with me sexually.

Any ideas what it could be?
