Exclamation What is going on with me!?

I'm 7 month pregnant and i gt sick about 3 weeks ago and am just about over it now. I had a really bad cough and hard time breathing. I was just at the doc for my regular appointment and she said everything was fine, BUT every time i cough, sneeze, or have to sit or stand from an unusual position i get a large sudden gush of fluid. Its not white or clear. its clear with a yellowish green tint and its not thick and milky but rather sticky or watery. The baby has been a lot more active than normal also and I've been having Braxton-Hicks contractions in no particular order. I was told that coughing too much or too hard during this trimester could rupture my mucus plug and i could be leaking fluid. Please help me understand whats going on if anyone can. I'm worried.
