OMG my down stairs is SOOO itchy right now its terrible. Yesterday morning i woke up and the edge of my vagina and the area around it was really stingy and sore. (had sex 2 nights before if that helps?) Today its is REALLY itchy and getting a bigger area. No discharge or anything. Any ideas? also had a possible urinary tract infection if it could be related?

    THANKS!

Itchy, sore, red, swollen, can't touch it... Thrush, you may have been too dry and he may have gone fast, irrestpective, it sounds very much that you have Thrush.

Go to the Chemist and make mention of the word and they'll give you Monistan or a simular cream and maybe even a tablet and cream, but he has to put it on himself too or it goes back and forward

It's not a desease, so don't stress it's a bateria much like rubber burns? If that makes sense to you.

hmm it definitely wasn't dry when we had sex. do you have any home remedies or anything to help it out? I'm working at the moment and don't get many days off. i also live an hour from the closest town that would sell that kinda thing.

Good to hear But, it only takes a minute of that, at the end for it to occur, or tight jeans, antibiotics, nylon knickers...

There aren't really any home remedies that will work, only keep it at bay, warm baths with a little salt water, natural yoghurt dowsed down there, on both of you..

try a douche with white vinegar and water. it may sting but it always clears up a yeast infection for me, and if you've got a uti drink lots of water.
