Cramps?
Pain out of nowhere
I have had this pain once in a while for the last year or two it's usually very mild and goes away in a few minutes. But tonight it came out of nowhere. It feels like my uterus is pulling away from whatever it's connected to in the front of my stomach. Hurts when i walk like it's swinging around or something. Tonight it lasted for over 45 minutes and i got a little lightheaded, i'm assuming from the pain. This is really freaking me out any input would be greatly appreciated until I can get to a doctor.

That's okay, sometimes we get cramps when we're not on our periods. I mean does it feel the same as regular cramps, just more intense, or is the feeling a little different somehow?
no it's way different and doesn't happen often really and this time was horrible
Okay. In that case, how soon can you see a doc? Try searching your exact symptoms online and see what you come up with in the meantime...
