Endometriosis HELP!!!!!

I am 26 yrs old I have been dia. with Endo for 6 yrs now. I no longer have insurance but, here lately I wake up in middle of night covered in sweat, I have facial hair growing ( I know that happens with age as well) and even tho I am on BC my periods keep getting more spaced apart now at 39 between. I am having major pains in my right ovary. It has happen before but now it more so. Other times went to Er, they did ultrasound nothing there did test for STD nothing. This last period I was having clots the size of a 50 cent piece as well.
I am at a lost I don't know if Endo is behind it or getting worst I don't want it to hurt my chances of having kids any info PLEASE????

The next step would probably be a vaginal ultrasound. Do you have a health department in your city with a clinic. They will help you if you don't have insurance. Also, I know this sounds funny because your not pregnant but is there a planned parenthood in your area, they may be able to help also. Most hospitals will take patients without insurance and give you an option to make payments on your bills. Hope this helps.

Thanks for answering! I have been to ER since this post. They did do a vaginal ultrasound they found NOTHING
even with the pain It was mostly happens on right side. So I don't know just don't want the endo to be getting worst! So the DRs and I are at a lost. Nothing they can do beside look inside and since I have no insurance that won't happen. Thanks tho!
