20yrs. old, abnormal pap, 2 months late and not pregnant??

i read this on the yahoo answers page and i knew this would be the place to ask.
"I'm very concerned about a friend of mine. She has not had a period since Nov. or Dec. She recently had an abnormal pap but never told the doctor that she was late. She has taken many pregnancy tests but they all come back negative. Could these be signs of something more serious. I told her she should call her doctor but she doesn't think that she has anything to worry about and is thinking of waiting another month before contacting her doctor. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated."
