A few months ago I was riding my bike more often than usual. At this time I noticed that I had two small lumps that looked like blood blisters on the soft fleshy skin next to my vagina - think its called labia (?). They were blood coloured but not bleeding. After about a month one went away completely but the other has hung around although it hasn't caused any pain at all. I had assumed these were blood blisters caused by the extra time spent sitting on my bike seat but now that one of them has hung around for so long I'm starting to get worried. I've found that when I do spend time on my bike it becomes gorged so that it sits a bit higher and the skin covering it looks very smooth but most of the time it just looks like a blood blister like you might get anywhere else on your body.

I have been with my boyfriend for a few years and we are both each other's first. We haven't had actual intercourse but engage in manual stimulation of each other. I was assuming this wouldn't and couldn't be an STD but now as it has hung around I worry it might be something viral rather than just an irritation of the skin from the pressure of the bike seat.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
