How do you do it effectively? I've heard about putting it on a tampon and then inserting it but (this may sound so silly lol) does it come out again? Like with other persarries that chalky stuff, or does it just get absorbed or something and stay there?

There are some posts on this, if I remember right, I'll see if I can find them.

From what I've read... Remove the tampon and put yogurt in the applicator and freeze it. Once frozen, insert it as you would a regular tampon. Some recommend doing this before you go to bed to prevent 'fall out'. I would imagine you would want to wear a pad as well.
