Pimples On My Vagina?

Im very confused as to whats going on with me, I am 18 years old and not sexually active. Every now and then I get a pimple on my vagina lips, it is filled with puss, just like a pimple on anyones face. Im scared to go to my mom, i dont want her to think im sexually active when im not.. Can anyone help?

do you shave? it could just be an in-grown hair.

Or if you sweat down there from time to time... it's still just normal skin, it can get pimples.

If you shave and even if you don't once in a while all women get an ingrown. It is like a pimple and it has puss. It can hurt a bit or gets swollen sometimes too. If you squeeze it It's painful but once that puss comes out it does go away. In this condition, the hair will tend to grow back into the follicle, or at times, will not grow out of the follicle but within the layers of skin. I suggest you buy a loofah glove or a sponge and exfoliate the area. If you do shave then on a regular basis you should be exfoliating to prevent the ingrown hair.
