Last year I had a abnormal pap and i've been going to the doctor every three months for a year now and it's all been good, a few weeks ago I went for my last pap and they called me today and said the pap came back good but I had some bleeding and he wants to do another biopsy just to be sure, I had my period a few days before my pap so is it from that? should I be stressing over this?

"Women should not schedule a Pap smear while they are menstruating because the presence of blood cells may interfere with the test results."

I have copied that from a online Health forum. Seeing as you were menstruating, it has obviously interefered with the end result of your test, so they need to have a re-test. I wouldnt worry about it.
