The other day I was shaving "down there" and I think I might have nicked myself. The next day, half of my..area was swollen and it hurts like heck to walk! Could I have an ingrown hair or something? I'm hoping it goes down on its own..

Hey sweets. Personally for me, if there is an ingrown hair, there's usually a bump to go with it. Investigate for that.For the cut, to prevent infection, use some neosporin. It heals cuts and scrapes very quickly. Was it like puffy swollen red or big out of control swollen?
