Thread: Worried about bleeding

Hello,

2 days ago I stated having this itchy feeling in my vagina. So I thought to be on the safe side I'd go and buy something against yeast infection.

I bought this tablet that you insert inside the vagine- it's called "Agisten V".
You're supposed to put it in before you go to bed but I wanted to start it right away so I put it in the morning.

That night, about 12 hours later, I had sex.
The tablet appearantly did not melt yet and everything was a mess.

But the part that really scares me is that since then I've been beeding.
It's a small amount, but it doesn't stop. And I have no idea what that is.
It's not a mormal bleeding too, like in the menstrual cycle. It's much less and it has a different dexture.

I'm scared. I have no idea what that is or why it won't stop.
Could it be a reaction to the tablet? could it be some sort of reaction with the condom? or maybe because it didn't melt having sex hurt me somehow?

Please, help! I'm scared and my doctor will probably won't be able see me! it takes a while to get an appoitment!

What may have happened is the yeast infection caused tiny abrasions in the vagina and having sex made these bleed. You shouldn't really have sex while treating for a yeast infection for that reason and also because it can be passed to your partner. If the bleeding stops after a few days I wouldn't worry but if not I'd go get checked out. And no sex until you're better!!
