I'm 25 years old and have been experiencing excessive vaginal discharge as well.
It is so worrisome at times because it's only been like this for a year. Got a pelvic exam and pap done and no infection. No smell, does not itch and I see some at the bottom of the toilet at times and usually have a lot come off onto my toilet paper after wiping. Is it normal to experience a heavy discharge past puberty into womanhood?

i am turning 34 next month and i have these same issues. honestly it goes back as far as i can remember esp when i was a late teen and became more involved with guys but not totally sexually active. i have had two children. my first a girl. my second a boy. i was much relieved as my pregnancy with her totally cut off the water supply and eliminated all irritating and painful symptoms. with my son, oh my heavens. it made it worse. which makes me wonder is the solution the hormone that is increased with a female pregnancy. and less of the hormone that is increased when we carry a male child. any similar experiences? however now, going into my "prime" as they say, is the solution really as simple as more satisfying and fulflling (spiritually and emotionally not just physically)sexual activity? (for those who are of proper age and/or married.) i have been married twice, and as clueless as we may think men are, both of them have at some point told me, the symptoms subside after substancial activity. i have personally seen that to be so part of the time. i have some theories i wish i could discuss with an expert by experience, not simply bc of being a doctor. fyi to any who may need this, at my local health food store, there is such a thing as natural sea sponge tampons... i wanted to try for my cycle and they were fine esp if you are not easily grossed out by your own body and all it secretes... but i think they are best used for this issue. this is what i use alot, but if you go this route, check it often bc if you sneeze, cough, etc.. and the contractions that come with it, you are squeezing a wet sponge.... lol. it does cut down on the irritation of wetness to the externals of that region of your body.

Hello. I have the same issue. I do not bellieve anything can completely cease your agonizing sypmtoms, however, I do believe relaxing, excersizing, eating healthy, and again relaxing, will help you become happier. I share the same depressing feelings, but we only have one life to live so if we worry over the suck-ish parts, life will suck. I hope your taking this into consideration.

Default Thanks to the person who suggested the pro biotic !!!!

I also have this same issue. Sometimes when i don't wear underwear i have stood and started walking and literally felt it gush out and run all the way down my leg. it is def worse when i wear thong underwear which is what is most comfortable to wear since i don't like underwear that bunches and I don't know about the rest of you but I'm not satisfied with settling into the idea that I have to wear a panty liner or (god forbid) a F_ _ _ _ _ tampon every freaking day for the rest of my life. I am soooooo excited about the post suggesting the probiotic. This is a totally new approach that makes sense so I am going to try it as soon as i can. Thanks to everyone who has posted in this thread. It is encouraging to know I'm not malfunctioning or all alone in this unfortunate affliction and I wish every one a swift release from this and you will all be in my prayers good luck to all. and thanks for listening if you read my post/.

I'm 28 and have had vaginal discharge since i got my period at 13yrs. I've been treated for yeast infection serveral time and finally the doctor told me that it was normal for me to have vaginal discharge during ovulation. So I settle with the idea and use plenty of panty liners. With time I started to feel a crapming pain duriing ovulation. I went back to the doctor who recommended birth control pill and that was the end of vaginal discharge for me. I didnt' gain weight. I've had an increase in migraines but they are manageble and very predictable (with my period). I hope it helps.

I have mixed emotions, because I'm glad I'm not the only one. I'm at the point where I was going to go see my doctor, but from my research, it seems that its natural and nothing can really be done. I do not usually wear underwear, especially in the summer, because the amount of discharge basically pools in my underwear and by the end of a long day, its not a good feeling or smell. There is no smell normally and the discharge is clear, vaginal wetness but if you took a damp shirt out of the dryer early and wore it outside in the hot sun all day, its not going to smell well either. I just turned 35, and for the last few months, its become dangerous to go out with no panties, because I will have moments of gushing wetness that run or drip down my leg as I walk. I have to dip into random bathrooms to wipe myself and a few minutes later its like I never wiped. I understand everyone's annoyance with people saying its a good thing...yes its great to be wet during intercourse, but its not great driving down the street or like right now when I'm on the sofa typing on my laptop. Fortunately, I don't have the lack of sensitivity because of it, but I do find that I can't "help out" my orgasm by playing with myself during because everything is too wet to sustain any kind of friction. I think the fact that my partners are larger also help with that. I really wanted an easy fix, because I'm tired of always being wet, always having to check for odor and wet spots and having to take multiple showers per day. I hate wearing underwear, but it looks like that's where I'm headed. I have put in tampons before thinking that my period was starting and that did stop it, but I don't really want to wear one daily...guess its an option I should consider though. The stress and fitness aspects are new to me...I'm definitely stressed, but it seems weird that it would affect my vagina... Aside from the irritation (mental and actual) of being constantly wet, I think what I dislike most is that this type of dischage is supposed to be associated with arousal, so when I am aroused, its no big deal...I'm always ready, but I'm not really...
