A few days ago I noticed a slight itch in my genital region and soon after I had a burning sensation when I went pee, plus I felt like I had to pee ALL the time. The doctor said it was a UTI and gave me antibiotics. I then noticed a bump on the inner lip of my vagina. Eventually after a day I found 7 more bumps around my vagina and anus area. The doctor says they are irritations of the skin but they burn really bad when I pee, and they are very uncomfortable. I also bleed a little out my vagina almost everytime I go pee and the doctor says not to worry about that at this stage. If anyone has any input on what I should do I would really appreciate it. Also my bf noticed a couple of the same bumps on his penis, but they went away in a day, the doctor says his went away fast because he doesn't pee all over them and wipe them like a female would.

Please Help. I feel like and I am in pain and uncomfortable.

I think you and your partner should get checked out for infections, although your doctor's right in that lumps in the vulva do get splashed with urine and then wiped on women, well, you don't pee near your anus do you?! I would suggest a full STD check up just to be safe.

i had that last month uti mine started with very light bleeding then the pain when peeing i kept drinking cranberry and water it would go away, but once i stop drinking the pain would come back a week later i went to the doctor and send me something the doctors wife recommended to me green tea cause it makes you go faster to the bathroom but i never got bumps down there i felt more like it was burning. when i had it i would wash it after peeing hurts less i hope this can help a bit.... i heard different things why you get it especially women we women tend to hold our pee. another is when your done having sex we dont pee. when you clean go from front to back.

I had a UTI last month too. It was quite scary. It was my first bladder infection ever, so I went online and did some research. I found some great websites:
