pains-not in the neck either

For a couple days now, I have been having dull pains in my lower abdominal area. In the same area I usually experince cramps but my period was over a few weeks ago. They hurt when i lay on either side, its not a continueous pain, just when I lay on my sides. I've also been noticing the pains when I'm sitting up as well. Any ideas?

Hi. You posted a reply to my question about some pains I was having. I did go to the doctor. You should go as well. I had inflammation of the cervix that was quite advanced. Apparently you don't have to have sexual relations to get something like that. Maybe it's caused by stress...who knows. Nothing serious...so said the doctor...as long as it was detected and treated early. I have been taking an antibiotic for a week and I am as good as new again. Also, if you have a cyst or something, you want to get it treated ASAP! Get well soon!!
