I have a question about a situation I have. I need whomever shall read this to pay attention and read through before replying.

At about 2 weeks ago, I started getting symptoms of a uti. No biggie, I thought. I have diet caffeine free soda and diet tea- BUT those aren't the issue or a factor in here because I baby either beverage to begin with. I also have diabetes.
I quit drinking what little of my soda and tea and switched to full water, did what I could do without calling the doctor. I've conquered one of these before without having to call him.
Well, As the days progressed I started to feel more pain, burning, cramping fatigue, low fever. So I called the doctor and the ladies called in an antibiotic called bactrim. It was a 5 day supply. Well that was last week and here it is this week, and my symptoms haven't changed. If anything it's progressed further, and now I feel aches and pains up to my kidney. The ladies call in a 10 day supply of bactrim.
I'm starting to think that this isn't just a uti bladder kidney infection type of deal. For the last day and a half I've been getting these cramps that feel more like my uterus and both my ovaries feel like they are on fire or like someone is just twisting them. It hurts to sit forward, recline on my sides, pick up things, like you know, house work and all that. Here's the kicker, when I'm doing these things the pain isn't always automatic it seems like once I get done doing what I'm doing, that the pain spikes up and puts me into tears.
I checked my temp about an hour ago and it was 99.8 low grade fever for me. My temp is always 98.6, unless of course I'm sick. My face is flushed and I've been feeling so fatigued.
So, that all said and done, would you guys just take the antibiotic and wait til monday or shimmy to the e.r.?
