Hello everyone! I am 22 and I have PCOS. I used to take Birth control to get a menstrual cycle. But for the last few years i have been living on my own, I do not have health insurance and cant afford it. Anywho, I was reading about Vitex, the natural herb and it supposed to help you get a period? Or something like that. Anyone have any success stories about it?
