Well, I looked it up elsewhere and found it's rather common.

I've noticed that for the last few days I feel pain on my nipples when I touch them. There's no pain on the breasts, just the nipples, which I find odd. It's also easier for them to become erect without much effort, which is also unusual.
I had my period two weeks ago, I'm on the pill and have only had sex twice (one of the two times was after the nipples started behaving like they do), so I'm not concerned about being pregnant. I have no other symptoms, I feel fine, but I wonder if this is common or not. It's not as if there's extreme pain, I guess they've just become more sensitive?
I don't know if this has anything to do with suddenly feeling as if my sex drive has gone up, since I often find myself wanting sex, getting vaginal discomfort from being aroused, as if I have to get it right away, and not getting any sex in the end. Can it be like a sex-withdrawal symptom?
I've also noticed that these kind of symptoms are mostly there on Saturdays, from the moment I wake up, which is the day we're supposed to have sex and it's all I think about. Can that possibly be related? Because I feel healthy otherwise.
I don't know, it feels silly to write all this, but I'd like another opinion.

What did you find? I was going to say possibly pregnant but you've ruled that out.
Still getting out of order responses I see.

This is remarkable, Stressed has apparently posted several hours in the future.

When the possibility of pregnancy is ruled out, or at least minimized, and the woman is not on her period, then painful nipples (not breast pain) can be caused by:
- Hormones, especially if on the pill.
- Tight clothing or not wearing a bra during exercising.
- Sexual frustration.
- Lack of vitamins.
- Skin conditions.
