Thread: What is this thing??!

Okay, to start off, I'm 19 years old and a virgin.
I've never been to my gynecologist yet because I've never really had problems or concerns until now, so I've never bothered with going.

So my boyfriends the one that pointed it out..

We were messing around one night and he was fingering me, and he said, "babe what's that lump?"
And I didn't feel him touching anything...nothing hurt...everything felt just fine

So I checked it out myself and sure enough, about 3 inches inside on my frontal wall (belly button side) there is a lump. It's not hard, but it's not soft. And when I push on it, it moves but doesn't hurt a bit. I barely even feel it. It's small...I'd say like the tip of a finger, or the tip of a nose.

I'm kind of concerned because I've been reading, and think it could possibly be my cervix?
But it's just not where I pictured my cervix to be.

And secondly, aren't cervix supposed to be facing down? This isn't. The "pointy" thing I'm feeling faces the other side of my vagina...not down.

And it's really low! My finger is small, and I can still feel it when I put it in there.

Does anyone have any clue what this could be?
Should I go to the doctor?
I guess a good sign is that there is no pain...
