Im 18 weeks pregnant with a cold but recently have noticed that every time i sneeze or cough i pee myself quite a bit. This is really starting to get me depressed and need to know if its only while im feeling unwell or will last the rest of the pregnancy. Does anyone else get this???

More than likely, it will last the rest of the pregnancy... It's unbelievably common though. You can start working your kegels, that will help and will help with labor as well. But it is just par the course with pregnancy for some.

Wear a pad or pantyliner, that should prevent any embarrassing accidents. For me it happened with everything it seems. I'd pee when I laughed, coughed, sneezed, moved a certain way, baby kicked a certain way, etc.

So, it's not just you, try not to get depressed about it.
