Today while my boyfriend and I were having sex, as soon as he went in, I got a burning/stinging sensation. I thought it was just because he was in farther than he usually is, due to a new position. But even in other positions, I still had an intense burning up by my cervix. When we were finished, went to the bathroom, and that seemed to help a little bit. After 10 or 15 minutes the feeling went away, but every once and a while since, I'll get a random shot of burning (this happened about 3 hours ago). Now when I get it, it goes all through my abdomen, not just my cervix area.
I was doing some research as to what could be causing this, and I came across fibroids. Other symptoms of fibroids include painful period and heavy period (both of which I have). And my mom also has them.. Could these be the cause of my pain? But I'm still very young.. could they still be present?
