I'm new here so please bare with me this is kind of a long story. I have been having symptoms of what I thought was BV. I have vaginal burning inside but no external rash. I have a thick, white discharge that smells fishy to me and pain during deep thrusting while i have sex. I can also feel the pain when I push up on my cervix and bare down. It feels like a sharp, bloating pain. I have had 2 ultrasounds done and they are always normal, but he told me I had fluid in the recent one but said it was probably normal. Ive been to the doctor convinced I had BV or a yeats infection. All of my cultures come back negative. I have been tested so many times for STDs and they come back negative. He gave me metronidazole still thinking it just for some reason didnt show up on a culture. It didnt work, still burning, smelly discharge and abdominal pain. Then he gave me diflucan thinking it was a slight yeast infection, it's not working! Im tired of my doctors telling me theres nothing wrong with me. The weird thing is my symptoms have occured 2 years ago ever since I was diagnosed with HPV. I have low grade dysplasia and get a pap done every 6 months to monitor it. Doctor said they are not related at all. I take acidophillis everyday and eat yogert and cottage cheese with live cultures. Someone please give me ideas and help me! Im so depressed and i cant handle the pain anymore. If there was somthing wrong with my uturus, wouldnt it show in the ultra sound?? He said he might look inside with a camera but I'm scared.
