I have been having these symptoms on and off for about 2 years now. Im scared that it is something serious but I have been going to the doctor regardless because I have to get an answer. I have:

1) pelvic pain during deep thrust sex.
2) A fullness feeling in my abdomen
3) A fullness feeling in my colon as well
4) Back pain almost like a pulled muscle (dont know if its related)
5) Pain when I bare down to urinate or make a bowel movement
6) a cervical discharge that looks like clear jelly
The pain has not been constant for the past 2 years. Sometimes I dont feel it at all and then sometimes it comes back with a vengance. I have been tested for STDs, cultures for bacteria and yeast came back negative, an ultrasound that showed no fibriods, or cysts. It did show fluid buildup but he said that could just be normal. He said next step is to look with a camera but what could show up that an ultrasounds woulnt??
